Made A Mistake?
We understand that from time to time mistakes happen.
At Fly Corporate you have 24 hours after you made your booking to let us know and we will correct any of the following with no fees*:
- Misspelled names and related typos;
- Wrong phone number or email address;
- Time, day or month of your flight; and
- The “to/from” of your flight (for example Brisbane to Armidale, instead of Armidale to Brisbane).
* only Change Fees and Service Fees will be waived. Flight changes are subject to availability and if a new fare is of a higher value, the difference will be payable.
