Fares Rules

The table below is intended as a guide only to our Fare Rules. Unless we state otherwise:

  • dollars or ‘$’ is a reference to Australian dollars; and
  • all dollar amounts include any applicable GST.

Booking Changes

Before the day of scheduled departure:

  • changes can be made on-line at the Fly Corporate website, by contacting our office on 1300 851 269 or contacting an Authorised Agent;
  • for changes made over the phone, you must pay the Service Fee applicable as at the date of the change;
  • your original fare may be used as credit towards the payment of a new fare of equal or higher value, provided the new fare conditions are met;
  • at the time of making the change you must pay the Booking Change Fee applicable and any fare difference between the fare for your new booking and the original fare;
  • your new booking must be for travel anywhere on the Fly Corporate network within 12 months of the date the original ticket was issued. However, you cannot use the credit to re-book and travel on the same day; and
  • the original ticket value is non-refundable and remains non-refundable at all times.

Child discounts do not apply.

Infants (under 2 years) without a seat travel free of charge. Infants must be accompanied, with a maximum of one infant per adult travelling.

Children aged between 2 to 11 years on the date of their return flight or single flight (if traveling one way) can travel at 75% of the adult fare, plus any airport taxes. Does not apply for Unaccompanied Minors and is only available for bookings made directly via the Fly Corporate website or through an Authorised Agent (can only be booked online).

Infants (under 2 years) without a seat travel free of charge. Infants must be accompanied, with a maximum of one infant per adult travelling.
